Welcome to the Sterling Oaks Farm and XL Ranch Family! First and foremost, thank you very much for trusting us to raise the beef you plan on serving to your family! We take great pride in raising animals that are well taken care of from our farm to your table.
For the new members of our Sterling Oaks Farm family, we’d love to share some of our history with you. We raise our high quality beef on the XL Ranch in northeast Nampa, Idaho. The XL Ranch has been in our family since the 1960’s when our grandparents, Russell and Marie Clayton, started raising beef with the help of lots of friends and family including their son, Bill, and daughter, Kathy.
We have enjoyed learning from Uncle Bill, and Sterling Oaks Farm is proud to be raising and finishing our own beef. We focus on managing a small herd of high quality, pasture-fed beef each year.
